Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your shipping container purchase. Please read the details below so you know what to expect if you need a refund, return, or exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Before delivery is scheduled: Orders cancelled before a delivery date is confirmed are eligible for a full refund.
  • After delivery is scheduled: Orders cancelled after a delivery date has been confirmed may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and logistics costs already incurred.
  • After delivery: Once a container has been delivered and accepted, the order is considered final and is not eligible for cancellation.

Returns

Because shipping containers are large, custom-delivered items, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind once a container has been delivered and accepted.

We do accept returns in the following cases:

  • The container delivered does not match what was ordered (wrong size, condition grade, or modification)
  • The container arrives with damage that was not disclosed at the time of sale and is not the result of delivery/placement at your site

To request a return under these circumstances, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • If a container must be picked up and returned as part of a refund, the refund will be processed once the container has been retrieved and inspected.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been completed, except in cases where the container itself is being refunded due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Containers

Please inspect your container at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves the site. If there is visible transport damage or the container doesn't match your order, note it with the driver and contact us immediately at:

Claims reported after the driver has left the site and delivery has been accepted may be more difficult for us to verify and resolve.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your container for a different size or condition grade, contact our team before delivery is scheduled. Exchanges after delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve a pickup/redelivery fee.

Non-Returnable Situations

We're unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Containers damaged due to site conditions, improper placement, or handling after delivery
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after a container has been delivered and accepted
  • Custom modifications completed per your specifications and confirmed by you prior to fabrication
