This policy outlines how payments work when you purchase a shipping container or service from AMG Shipping Container.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:
- Direct Bank Transfer (ACH / Wire Transfer)
- Chime Payments
- Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
When Payment Is Due
- Standard orders: Full payment is required at the time of checkout to confirm your order.
- Large or custom orders: A deposit of 40% may be required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before delivery is scheduled.
Your order will not be scheduled for delivery until payment has been received and confirmed.
Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees unless otherwise stated — both are calculated and shown separately at checkout.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. If you don't receive this confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, please contact us to make sure your payment went through successfully.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed or confirmed. Please double-check your payment details and try again, or contact your card issuer. You're welcome to reach out to us if you continue to have trouble completing checkout.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly with any concerns about your order before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved quickly this way. Unwarranted chargebacks filed for orders that were fulfilled as described may be contested with supporting documentation (order records, delivery confirmation, communications).

Refunded Payments
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please allow standard processing times for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
